create new directory in saving drivers destination dialoge

when i click on saving drivers it brings me to a dialogue, to chose the destination directory, unfortunately its is not clear if it going to create its own or not. and there is no option to create directory even the right button is disable as well as the F5 to refresh the listing, so even if i in mean time have created i cant access it with out canceling and restrting operation
